Brave miniature pinscher is a state registered breeder specialist in raising pure breed miniature pinscher puppies. Our name Brave comes from our many years of raising this lovely dog breed. We have owned and raised miniature pinscher for more than 20 years. The Miniature Pinscher, also known as the Zwergpinscher and Mini Pin, is a small breed of dog of the pinscher type originating in Germany. While the breed’s visual similarities to the Toy Manchester Terrier, which somewhat resembles the Pinscher breeds, remain a matter of controversy, genetic research (published in 2017) has shown that the two breeds have shared, unique ancestry. The ancestors of the Toy Manchester and Miniature Pinscher may have become geographically separated many centuries ago and retained similarities simply through breeding selection for the same traits; nevertheless, the 2017 research also showed that the two breeds remain more closely related to each other than to other breeds.The breed’s ancestors may also include the German Pinscher, Italian greyhounds and dachshunds. The Miniature Pinscher’s known origins are in Germany, where it was often referred to as the Zwerg Pinscher (Dwarf Pincher) in historical documents. German Kennel Club documents also refer to the Miniature Pinscher as the “reh” Pinscher, but this term is only used for a dog of stag-red color, “reh” referring to a small red deer formerly found in German forests. The Miniature Pinscher originated several centuries ago as an efficient barnyard ratter.
ABOUT MINIATURE PINSCHER
Experts say Min Pins go back several centuries, but the exact point of origin remains murky. Breed historians accept the idea that Min Pins are a cross of the Dachshund and Italian Greyhound. The German Pinscher is another possible component breed. (Because their names and physical contours are similar, it’s often mistakenly assumed that Min Pins are mini Doberman Pinschers.) Min Pins routinely reside at or near the top of rankings of Europe’s favorite toy dogs. Americans are awfully fond of them too.
The Miniature Pinscher is structurally a well balanced, sturdy, compact, short-coupled, smooth-coated dog. They are naturally well groomed, vigorous and alert. Characteristic traits are their hackney-like action, fearless animation, complete self-possession, and spirited presence. Legs should be straight with no bending in or out. They are also known to have separation anxiety. The Miniature Pinscher frequently has a docked tail and cropped ears, though the AKC no longer requires ear cropping for shows. They can also sometimes have natural erect ears.

Thanks for visiting our website. I am called Chris Owen. The Owen’s family are the owners of Brave miniature pinscher. My wife and I are pet lovers so we took up the initiative to breed these lovely dog breed to satisfy the needs of families who will want to own or add a new member to their family. My knowledge about the miniature pinscher has grown as the years go by as they are a dog breed that are very smart and make us to learn new things everyday. My history with owning a puppy goes right back to my Christmas holidays when I was 10 years old. My parents bought me a lovely miniature pinscher puppy which I named Liam. Liam gave me a lot of childhood memories when I was growing as a teen. He was more than a best friend to me. He was so lovely and friendly. Each time I got angry back then about something, Liam was always there to console me and make me smile again. I always thought he could talk as he understood me so much. I always speak to him at times hoping he will respond. Everywhere I went to, Liam was with me. I met my wife in college.We were very good friends back then. She loved Liam until she insisted her parents should get her a Miniature Pinscher. That was how our love for this lovely dog breed grew up.Our dogs use to play together. Unfortunately in our later years at college, I lost my lovely puppy Liam. We grew up loving each other so much and loving this dog breed. Later on, we got married and with our love for Miniature Pinscher, we decided to breed and raise this dog breed and why not educate puppy lovers about the importance of owning a miniature pinscher puppy. Fast forward to today, we breed this lovely dog breed in our 3 acres of land where our puppies have enough space to play around. My family and I are dedicated to help everyone own the perfect, healthy puppy for their home. With our knowledge of this dog breed from childhood, we will say Miniature Pinscher are the best dogs to own.
